Legionella Control Association:
Chiltern Water Limited have been associated with the Legionella Control Association for over 10 years. Founded in 1999, the Legionella Control Association was jointly created by the Water Management Society and the British Association for Chemical Specialties. The main goal for the LCA, is to keep water systems safe and minimise the risk of cases of Legionnaires’ disease caused by poorly maintained systems.
As a proud member of the LCA, Chiltern Water Limited strive for success in the control of Legionella within our systems, regular auditing is carried out ensure that we are providing the correct services to the highest of qualities at all times and to ensure that we are working in line with the LCA’s Code of Conduct.
Safe Contractor Accreditation:
Since 2008 Chiltern Water Limited have been accredited under the Safe Contractor Scheme. The Safety of not only our team but all other parties is of highest concern. Chiltern Water invest a lot of time ensuring that our teams are all supplied with the necessary RAMS, PPE and knowledge to ensure that all works can be completed in a safe manor.
As the private sector grows, so does the demands of Health and Safety requirements, before any works are completed, our teams are issued with the necessary Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Our RAMS undergo regular review as circumstances changes and are always in line with the current legislation and guidance.
